Romantic Bday Dinner for 2

Other than making flower arrangements , planning surprises and events is my secret little hobby. So when it's time to plan my boy friend's birthday I tend to go all out. Every year something crazy pops in my head and once it's there I have to do it. So this year I wanted to do something personal, not too crazy in the expenses but very romantic. I made him a surprise dinner for 2 in my little house balcony. All it took was some christmas lights, candles, flowers, music, and a bit of a cooking skill and I have to say it came out just perfect.
